I recently took over our family shop, and stepping into this role feels a lot like stepping onto home ice — familiar, exciting, and something I care about deeply. This place has been part of my family for years, and now I’m focused on keeping that legacy alive while bringing in fresh ideas, clearer communication, and a customer experience that actually feels human.

I’m in the shop every day, hands on, making sure the work is solid and people feel taken care of. I love breaking things down in a way that makes sense, helping customers understand what their vehicle needs without all the confusing jargon. If I can make someone feel confident about their car again, that’s a win in my books.

Outside the shop, life is full — in the best way. I’m a proud father of three boys, and they keep me on my toes, laughing, learning, and staying grounded. When I’m not with them, I’m usually wrapped up in sports. I’m a die‑hard Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Jets fan, and when I’m not cheering them on, you’ll find me on the golf course or in the rink playing goalie. There’s something about being in the crease that keeps me sharp, competitive, and focused… the same way I approach running the shop.

At the end of the day, I’m here to build trust, do honest work, and keep this family business moving forward — one vehicle, one customer, and one great experience at a time.

Hi, I’m Rob Harding. I’ve been proudly working with the Integra Tire team for over 10 years and am a licensed Red Seal technician with extensive hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and honest, dependable service. I believe in doing the job right the first time and taking the time to ensure customers feel confident and informed about their vehicles.

My approach to automotive service is rooted in professionalism, safety, and long-term reliability. Whether it’s routine maintenance or more complex repairs, I’m committed to delivering results that meet high industry standards and exceed customer expectations. Outside of work, I value time spent recharging in the outdoors. I enjoy heading to the cabin, snowmobiling during the winter months, and fishing whenever I get the chance. Philippe Green

Philippe Green is a first-year automotive apprentice at Integra Tire, where he has been gaining hands-on experience for the past six months after starting immediately following high school. During his time at Integra Tire, Philippe has been building a strong foundation in automotive service and repair while developing a solid work ethic and a passion for the trade.

Motivated to continue learning and advancing his skills, Philippe plans to attend Red River College to pursue formal training in the Automotive Trade. He is eager to expand his technical knowledge and grow within the industry, with the goal of becoming a skilled and reliable automotive technician.

Outside of work, Philippe stays active by playing hockey as a goalie in a beer league. The position has helped him develop qualities such as focus, discipline, and teamwork—skills that carry over into his professional life. Philippe takes pride in learning, improving, and contributing positively both in the workplace and on the ice.

Alen Lvovsky is a Service Writer at Inetgra Tire with four years of experience as a service writer. In his role, Alen works closely with customers and technicians to ensure accurate service recommendations, clear communication, and a high standard of customer care. He is dedicated to helping clients understand their vehicle needs and to delivering dependable, efficient service that supports long-term vehicle safety and performance.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Alen values spending time outdoors and pursuing activities that require focus and discipline. He enjoys bow hunting, practicing at the shooting range, and fishing for catfish in his free time. These interests reflect his appreciation for patience, precision, and dedication—qualities that also carry over into his work with customers and colleagues.
