How to Choose the Right Wheels for Your Vehicle

Now that spring is here it’s time to switch over your winter tires for your all-season tires. If you’re in need of new all-season tires, you will want to purchase some new wheels for them because this will save you money on your seasonal tire changeovers.

No matter what your reasoning is for purchasing new wheels, there are many factors to consider when finding the right ones for your vehicle:

Know Your Tire Size: Check the side of your tire to find out what your tire size is. You’ll need to know the width, diameter, and aspect ratio of the tire to determine the correct wheel size. If you’re unsure, your Integra Tire professional can assist you.

If you want to change your driving performance to give you a smoother ride, choose a wheel and tire with a higher aspect ratio.
Know Your Bolt Pattern: You need to know how many lug nuts are on your wheels and how far apart they are. Not every wheel can fit on every vehicle so you need to consult your Integra Tire professional to ensure that it is the correct fit.
Reset Your TPMS: When you purchase new wheels, you need to get a new tire pressure monitoring system sensor set up on them.
