Service Advisor – Prince George

We are looking to hire a full-time permanent service advisor at our Integra Tire Prince George Queensway location.

Job Purpose:

Well established Independent Automotive Repair Facility is seeking a full time Service Advisor.  The facility is locally owned and operated and focuses on the maintenance and repair of cars and light duty trucks.  We offer a fast paced work environment, with proven systems and procedures and a strong team environment for the employee to succeed.  Competitive wages with benefits packages, online and classroom training available. 

Key Responsibilities:

The Service Advisor is responsible for prompt, courteous, professional and effective communication with the customer and technicians regarding the maintenance and service requirements of customer’s vehicles.  Responsibilities include work order preparation, estimates, scheduling, sourcing parts, inventory tracking, customer shuttling, point of sale transactions, online billing and maintaining a clean and safe work and customer area.

Experience and Related Skills:

Successful candidate will possess the following skills:

-Strong background in Customer Service with polite and clear verbal and written communication skills

-Display integrity and respect with a positive attitude

-Team player

-Follow established systems and procedure protocols

-Computer proficiency and type 40WPM

-Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs

-Range of motion and climbing stairs required

-Ability to speak and listen on a telephone

Required Education:

-High School diploma or GED

-Valid Driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract

-Completion of appropriate Automotive or similar Service Advisor Training Program(s) is desirable
